I am a practical, interactive therapist. Sometimes the focus of therapy is to resolve current problems. Other times its focus is long standing patterns of behavior that are not productive.

A therapy session is different than a chat with a friend. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths and to identify and achieve life goals. I also help clients foster new skills and eliminate problem behaviors. Whether I am seeing a child, a family, an adult or a couple, I will strive to make each session impactful. Together we can make a real difference in your life.

I am also trained to serve as a Neutral Mental Health Professional in the collaborative divorce process. In this role my focus is on helping couples and their families achieve a respectful resolution in an emotionally safe environment. My direct, practical approach facilitates this process so that each person impacted by a divorce can move forward into the best post-divorce life possible. It is rewarding to collaborate with legal and financial professionals to help individuals in the process of divorce find the strength and courage to bring their "best selves" to this difficult process.
