I am a practical, interactive therapist. Sometimes the focus of therapy is to resolve current problems. Other times its focus is long standing patterns of behavior that are not productive.

A therapy session is different than a chat with a friend. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths and to identify and achieve life goals. I also help clients foster new skills and eliminate problem behaviors. Whether I am seeing a child, a family, an adult or a couple, I will strive to make each session impactful.
